Automatic Email Alerts

Several automatic Corporate Account Manager E-mail alerts are available:

A. When orders are shipped, if there is a backorder, the Corporate Account Manager can automatically be alerted via E-mail.

B. If a new order is over the dollar amount limit set for this location, the Corporate Account Manager can automatically be alerted via E-mail. The order can be automatically placed on 'Corp Hold' if desired.

C. If a new order contains an item with too many being ordered (based on the max order quantity budget for this product for this location), then the Corporate Account Manager can automatically be alerted via E-mail. The order can be automatically placed on 'Corp Hold' if desired.

D. ALL New orders for a Corporate Account's locations can automatically be placed on 'Corp Hold', requiring the Corporate Account Manager's release before shipping. The Corporate Account Manager would be alerted to the new order via E-mail.

Note: A Corporate Account Manager can easily release any order that has been placed on 'Corp Hold' by just replying to the E-mail alert. The order can also be reviewed/released by using the Corporate Account Manager module (see Pending Orders for more info on releasing orders from Corp Hold).
